| Jim completed both a BA and an MA in Biological Science at California State University, Sacramento, and has been a high school biology and chemistry teacher for 34 years. Jim's interest in photography began in high school, and this interest led him to enroll in photography courses in both high school and college. Jim has been a nature photographer ever since and has used his photographs to bring the world of biology to his classroom. Jim started with 35 mm slides and has been using a digital format in his classroom for the past 8 years. He has developed several lesson plans using digital pictures which students study at the their own pace in the classroom. |

| Matt completed a BA in Photography at California State University, Sacramento in 2005. While attending CSU Sacramento, he worked full time as a Photo Department Manager for Longs Drugs Stores. Upon graduation, he completed training in Contemporary Wedding Photography in San Francisco. He worked backup for several wedding photographers before deciding to become a professional photographer for Olan Mills. In addition to photography, Matt is exceptionally skilled at woodworking, and has made most of his own furniture as well as many art objects. |

| Jamie Grove |
| Jamie completed her BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis in 2003. In 2005 she completed the dual program for Education Specialist and Multiple Subject teaching credentials at CSU Sacramento, and began work as a Resource Specialist for Roseville City School District. In 2006, she completed her MA in Education (Special Education). Jamie's interest in photography began on a trip to the United Kingdom in summer 1995 during which Jim taught her to use his manual 35mm Pentax SLR. By the time the family took another trip to Europe in 2002, Jamie had her own 35mm and managed to shoot 60 rolls of film in three weeks. |
